سياسة الخصوصية — تطبيق «قصيدة»

نحن نهتم بخصوصيتك. صمّمنا تطبيق «قصيدة» ليبقى ما تكتبه وتسجّله ملكاً لك وحدك.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها
لا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية. التطبيق لا يحتوي على أدوات تحليلات ولا إعلانات ولا تتبّع، وليس لنا أي خادم يستقبل بياناتك.

2. أين تُحفظ بياناتك
– على جهازك: تُحفظ القصائد والتسجيلات الصوتية والخلفيات والإعدادات داخل جهازك.
– في iCloud: إذا فعّلت المزامنة، تُزامبر قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بحسابك في iCloud. هذه القاعدة تديرها Apple، ولا نستطيع الوصول إليها أو الاطلاع على محتواها. يمكنك إيقاف المزامنة متى شئت من إعدادات التطبيق أو من إعدادات iCloud في جهازك.

3. الأذونات التي يطلبها التطبيق
– الميكروفون: لتسجيل إلقائك للقصائد، والتسجيلات تبقى على جهازك وفي حسابك في iCloud.
– إضافة الصور: لحفظ الصور ومقاطع الفيديو التي تصدّرها في مكتبة صورك.
– اختيار الصور: لتختار صورة خلفية لقصيدتك، ولا يصل التطبيق إلا إلى الصور التي تختارها بنفسك.
– Face ID / Touch ID: لقفل التطبيق، والتحقق يتم داخل جهازك عن طريق النظام، ولا نحصل على أي بيانات حيوية.
يمكنك سحب أي إذن في أي وقت من «الإعدادات» في جهازك.

4. المشاركة والتصدير
لا تخرج بياناتك من التطبيق إلا عندما تختار أنت مشاركتها أو تصديرها، مثل تصدير صورة أو فيديو أو نسخة احتياطية. وفي هذه الحالة تخضع البيانات لسياسة الجهة التي ترسلها إليها.

5. الروابط الخارجية
قد يفتح التطبيق صفحات ويب، مثل صفحة الدعم. هذه الصفحات تخضع لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بأصحابها.

6. خصوصية الأطفال
لا نجمع أي بيانات من أي مستخدم، بمن فيهم الأطفال.

7. حذف بياناتك
عند حذف التطبيق تُحذف بياناتك من جهازك. ولحذف البيانات المحفوظة في iCloud، افتح: الإعدادات ← [اسمك] ← iCloud ← إدارة التخزين ← قصيدة.

8. التعديلات على هذه السياسة
إذا عدّلنا هذه السياسة سننشر النسخة الجديدة هنا ونحدّث تاريخ السريان.

Your privacy matters to us. We built Qasidah so that everything you write and record stays yours.

1. Data We Collect
We do not collect any personal data. Qasidah has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and we run no servers that receive your data.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored
– On your device: Your poems, voice recordings, backgrounds and settings are stored on your device.
– In iCloud: If you turn on sync, your data syncs through your own private iCloud database. Apple runs this database, and we can’t access it or see what’s in it. You can turn off sync at any time in the app’s settings or in your device’s iCloud settings.

3. Permissions
– Microphone: To record you reciting your poems. Recordings stay on your device and in your iCloud account.
– Add to Photos: To save the images and videos you export to your photo library.
– Photo Picker: So you can choose a background image. The app only sees the photos you pick.
– Face ID / Touch ID: To lock the app. The system checks your identity on your device, and we never receive any biometric data.
You can withdraw any permission at any time in your device’s Settings.

4. Sharing and Exporting
Your data only leaves the app when you choose to share or export it, for example an image, a video or a backup. When you do, the data is covered by the privacy policy of wherever you send it.

5. External Links
The app may open web pages, such as our support page. Those pages are covered by their owners’ privacy policies.

6. Children’s Privacy
We do not collect data from any user, including children.

7. Deleting Your Data
Deleting the app removes your data from your device. To delete the data stored in iCloud, go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Qasidah.

8. Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date.
