سياسة الخصوصية – تطبيق «حقك محفوظ»

نحترم خصوصيتك. صُمم تطبيق «حقك محفوظ» ليعمل على جهازك، ولا نجمع أي بيانات شخصية عنك.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها
لا نجمع أي بيانات. التطبيق لا يطلب إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول، ولا يملك خوادم خاصة ولا يرسل بياناتك لأي جهة، ولا يستخدم أدوات تتبع أو تحليلات أو إعلانات، ولا يشارك أي معلومات مع طرف ثالث.

2. أين تُحفظ بياناتك
كل ما تضيفه، من فواتير وضمانات ومستندات وبلاغات وحالات صيانة ومرفقات، يا داخل جهازك فقط.

3. مزامنة iCloud (اختيارية)
عند استخدامك ميزة المزامنة، تُحفظ نسخة من بياناتك في حسابك الشخصي على iCloud الذي تديره Apple. لا يمكننا الاطلاع على هذه البيانات، وتخضع المزامنة لسياسة خصوصية Apple.

4. الأذونات المطلوبة
لا يطلب التطبيق أي إذن إلا عند استخدامك للميزة المرتبطة به:
– الكاميرا: لمسح الفواتير والمستندات والباركود.
– مكتبة الصور: لاختيار صورة فاتورة أو ضمان أو مستند.
– Face ID أو Touch ID: لقفل التطبيق إن فعّلته من الإعدادات. التحقق يتم بواسطة النظام، ولا نصل إلى بيانات وجهك أو بصمتك.
– الإشعارات: لتذكيرك بانتهاء الضمانات والمدد النظامية. تُجدول هذه التذكيرات على جهازك.

5. قراءة الفواتير
استخراج النصوص من صور الفواتير يتم على جهازك بتقنيات Apple، ولا تُرفع الصور لأي خادم.

6. التصدير والمشاركة
عند تصدير ملف PDF أو نسخة احتياطية أو مشاركة رسالة، يتم ذلك بطلب منك وإلى الوجهة التي تختارها بنفسك.

7. الروابط الخارجية
قد يحتوي التطبيق على روابط لمواقع حكومية رسمية. لا نتحكم في هذه المواقع، وتخضع لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

8. حذف البيانات
تستطيع حذف أي عنصر من داخل التطبيق. حذف التطبيق يزيل كل بياناته المحلية من جهازك، أما بيانات iCloud فيمكنك حذفها من إعدادات iCloud في جهازك.

9. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا، ولا يجمع أي بيانات منهم.

10. التعديلات
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسيُنشر أي تحديث في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.

Haqqak Mahfouz is designed to work on your device. We do not collect any personal data.

1. Data We Collect
We collect no data. The app has no sign-up or login, no servers of its own, and no analytics, tracking, or ads. It shares nothing with third parties.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored
Everything you add (receipts, warranties, documents, complaints, maintenance cases, and attachments) is stored only on your device.

3. iCloud Sync (Optional)
If you use sync, a copy of your data is stored in your personal iCloud account, managed by Apple. We cannot access it. Sync is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.

4. Permissions
Each permission is requested only when you use the related feature:
– Camera: to scan receipts, documents, and barcodes.
– Photo Library: to select a photo of a receipt, warranty, or document.
– Face ID or Touch ID: for the optional app lock, handled by the system. We never access your biometric data.
– Notifications: for warranty and deadline reminders, scheduled on your device.

5. Receipt Text Recognition
Text is read from receipt images on your device using Apple technologies. Images are never uploaded to any server.

6. Export and Sharing
Exporting a PDF or backup, or sharing a message, happens only when you ask for it, to the destination you choose.

7. External Links
The app may link to official government websites. We do not control these websites; they are covered by their own privacy policies.

8. Deleting Your Data
You can delete any item in the app. Deleting the app removes all its local data from your device. You can manage your iCloud data in your device’s iCloud settings.

9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not collect any data from them.

10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Any update will be posted on this page with the date.
